MEET OUR COACH

Amy has spent her professional career as a Senior-Level Human Resources Executive.  Over the past 17 years, Amy has worked closely with people throughout twenty-eight states, not only offering human resources leadership but compassionate life guidance as well. 

In 2013, after Amy was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety & Panic Disorder. At the time, she worked in an extremely unhealthy corporate environment and devoted more hours to work than she did to her family. This pattern continued for six years until her body signaled that "enough was enough."

As a result of the spiritual journey and discovery, Amy's life and understanding of the effect of chronic stress on the body have changed forever. Amy now dedicates her life to sharing her experience and all of the knowledge she's gained with others who suffer from high-stress, anxiety, or depression. Amy went on to become a Stress Management and  Certified Corporate Wellness Coach. She uses this training and certification to develop leading-edge training programs to help people understand mental illness, learn how stress manifests itself physically, and how people can win their battle against high-stress, anxiety, and depression.
